Andrew Gardner Role: Managing Director Andrew has over a quarter of a century experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on the provision of trust and company services to high net worth individuals from key European and Caribbean locations. He plays a key role in the management and development of fiduciary services, including trusts, companies, foundations and other similar structures across the group’s locations. |

David Cameron Role: Managing Director David has worked in the insurance industry for over 23 years. In 1988, he moved to the Isle of Man to help establish Hafnia Prolific International (later to become Scottish Provident International, now part of Royal London 360). David took up the role of Managing Director of STM Life at the start of 2009 and has subsequently established STM Life as a key provider of Life Bonds and Annuities via a Protected Cell Company in Gibraltar. |

David Erhardt Role: Managing Director David has extensive knowledge in all areas of pension provision, both personal and corporate – within Gibraltar and internationally. David currently specialises in pension solutions for expatriates and high net worth clients, including those wishing to transfer pension rights from the UK. David is widely regarded as one of Gibraltar’s leading experts in international pensions, QROPS and EFRBS. |

Frank Willis Role: Business Development Manager Frank has over 10 years' experience in the UK insurance market. He joined STM Fidecs from Aon, having previously worked at HSBC Insurance Brokers. Frank specialises in developing risk management solutions for commercial and corporate clients. In his role at STM, Frank advises clients on their risk profile and arranges bespoke solutions to complement the requirements of their business, this includes the setting up of required licences and managed insurance companies. |
